the magic numbers es un grupo de melodías ligeras y estribillos pegajosos, además de una vision demasiado optimista de la vida; con títulos como "no te herirá", "te veo, me ves", "cuál es la manera de ser felíz", "el amor es un juego", "himno para ella"... puagggghhhhhhhh!!!!!!!. un inicio animado y canciones lentas y agradables se combinan con meras repeticiones de su fórmula -indie pop con algo de new rock y pequeñas muestras de rock sureño- y temas teriblemente soporíferos; para colmo, le meten 13 canciones al disco, cuando con unas 7 ú 8 menos el disco hubiese estado mejor. una lástima, porque el grupo londinense tiene buenas canciones en su repertorio, como forever lost, que ingresa en el puesto 50 de esta semana. ahí los tienes; si te gustan, bien por tí.
